Spring Yin Yoga Posture to Sooth Anger + Grief: 


Down-Puppy-Melting Heart ~ (looks like down-dog with the knees down + the butt-up)


Get in a table top position on your hands + knees

    ~ pad with a blanket, or double-up mat, if need be >

Curl toes under >

Reach your arms forward>

Melt your heart down to the mat, but keep your hips high > 

Allow your spine to dangle like a suspension bridge >

Rest on forehead, or extend chin + rest on your chest, if your body will allow you to do so >

loft your tail + surrender your heart >

stay for 2 to 5 minutes
